Client FAQs
Why am I now on the Praemium platform?
Most investment providers use a platform to securely manage your investments, including login access, performance reporting, and tax documentation. Your previous platform provider was acquired by Praemium, which is why your account may now appear there.
If you'd prefer to remain with Partnervest, we’re here to help. Contact us at sergpremier@partnervest.com.au to begin the transition.
What is SimpleInvest?
SimpleInvest is a retail investment offering from Partnervest, designed specifically for the Industry Super Fund sector. We work closely with many advisors from Industry Super Funds to provide a streamlined, user-friendly experience.
With features like easy account setup for children, regular withdrawal options, intuitive reporting, and self-service tools, SimpleInvest puts you in control of your financial journey. All investments are managed by Franklin Templeton—one of the world’s leading investment managers—giving you added confidence and peace of mind
Will it cost anything to stay with Partnervest?
No — there is no cost to remain with or return to Partnervest. We’ll handle the transition on your behalf and open a new account for you, ensuring continuity and simplicity.
You’ll also gain access to the Partnervest investment options, professionally managed by Franklin Templeton, along with streamlined reporting and flexible access to your funds.
Let me know if you'd like a version tailored specifically for email or physical correspondence as well. Happy to shape the tone further based on audience — such as more technical for advisers or simplified for retail clients.
Will this change my investment?
No — your investment portfolio remains unchanged. Importantly, there will be no buying or selling of assets, which means there is no Capital Gains Tax (CGT) event triggered as part of this transition.
Your investments will continue to be managed by your current investment manager — predominantly Franklin Templeton — and will perform in line with your existing investment strategy.
