Partnervest is a division of Franklin Templeton Australia Limited (ABN 76 004 835 849 AFSL 240827).
Franklin Templeton Australia Limited is also the promoter and distributor of Partnervest. The Client Care Team is responsible for providing support services and is available to answer your queries and assist with any day to day problems with the Partnervest platform. Franklin Templeton Australia Limited does not charge you directly for the services, however, may receive promoter fees from your investment in the Partnervest Investor Direct Portfolio Service, Cash Hub, Managed Fund Service or Managed Account. In addition to the promoter fees, we may receive a portion of the transaction fees charged for Managed Funds and Term Deposits.

Your Nominated Representative
What is a nominated representative?
It is a requirement of Partnervest that investors appoint a Nominated Representative to access and operate their account on their behalf.
What if I don’t have a Financial Adviser?
If you choose to invest directly in Partnervest without receiving advice from a Financial Adviser, Franklin Templeton Australia Limited will be appointed as your Nominated Representative.
What is the role of a Nominated Representative?
Your Nominated Representative is able to exercise all of the rights you grant them (except the right to transfer the authorisation to another person) to operate your account on your behalf, including:
- Providing instructions relating to your account
- Executing investment decisions via the Secure Portal
- Accessing your personal information online
- Making enquiries regarding your investments, and
- Instructing us to make additional investments on your behalf and debiting your nominated bank account.
How do I appoint a Nominated representative?
To give authority to your Nominated Representative you need to read the “Nominated Representative Terms and Conditions" of the Services Guide and complete the relevant section of the Application Form. The purpose of this form is to allow OneVue to rely on instructions from your Nominated Representative.
